Murrieta Hot Springs Resort
Murrieta, CA
We were brought in to complete a full fixture installation throughout the Murrieta Hot Springs Resort — installing 33 fixtures across multiple areas of the property including hotel rooms, public restrooms, and the bar and restaurant spaces.
Every fixture was installed professionally and to code, ensuring reliable performance and a clean finished look throughout the resort. From guest room bathrooms to high traffic bar and restaurant areas, we made sure every installation met the premium standard this world class resort expected.
Eldorado Country Club
Indian Wells, CA
We were called in to complete a full commercial water heater replacement across three loops at the El Dorado Country Club. Four AO Smith CAHP 120 Heat Pump Water Heaters were installed per loop — delivering significantly improved energy efficiency and reliable hot water performance throughout this prestigious private club facility. We handled everything from start to finish.
New copper water piping was installed throughout, drain lines were properly routed, and all new piping was fully insulated to maximize performance. Existing exhaust vents were safely capped and inline ventilation fans were added to Loops 2 and 3 to ensure proper airflow for the new heat pump system. Every unit was securely strapped and anchored to meet California safety requirements.
The Vintage Club
Indian Wells, CA
Our team was called in to complete a commercial water heater replacement at The Vintage Club in Indian Wells — one of the most exclusive private clubs in Southern California. Two existing water heaters were removed and replaced with brand new AO Smith CAHP 120 Heat Pump Water Heaters, delivering improved energy efficiency and consistent hot water performance for this world class facility.
We handled everything from start to finish. New copper water piping was installed throughout, drain lines were properly routed, and all new piping was fully insulated to maximize performance. An inline ventilation fan was installed to ensure proper airflow for the new heat pump system and existing exhaust vents were safely capped. Every unit was securely strapped and anchored to meet California safety requirements.
The Resort at Pelican Hill
Newport Beach, CA
We partnerd with The Resort at Pelican Hill to complete a water heater replacement at the their North Villas in Newport Beach. Two existing water heaters were removed and replaced with brand new AO Smith CAHP 120 Heat Pump Water Heaters along with two new storage tanks — delivering improved energy efficiency and reliable hot water performance for this world class resort property.

Hampton Inn and Suites
Murrieta, CA
The project involved replacing a full commercial water heater system across two separate loops at this facility. All eight existing water heaters were removed and replaced with brand new AO Smith CAHP 120 Heat Pump Water Heaters — four units per loop — delivering significantly better energy efficiency and long term reliability for the property.

Menifee, CA
Our licensed and insured team completed a full commercial water heater replacement at a Ralphs grocery store in Menifee. Five existing water heaters were removed and replaced with brand new AO Smith CAHP 120 Heat Pump Water Heaters — specifically sized and configured to meet the 30 minute peak hot water demand required for a high volume grocery store environment.
This project included an additional layer of complexity — the existing storage system needed to be relocated to the opposite side of the mezzanine to accommodate the new installation. We planned and executed the relocation seamlessly without disrupting store operations.
